Very friendly, courteous and professional staff throughout the hotel. There was a large group of us and not one complaint could be made. Bedroom was spacious and comfortable. Dining area and bar offered variety of choice to suit all. Would have no qualms of recommending this hotel.

I went to day with my friend and said we would try Benners for our lunch. from start to finish it was amazing. beautiful roast lamb mash and roast potato and my friend had chicken which was just as nice. Shared a chocolate pudding with ice cream and delicious. Will definitely be back when I go on my shopping visits to Tralee. The staff are so cheerful and helpful and overall 10 out of 10.

i just spent the weekend at Benners Hotel, i have to say the staff are amazing, from the second you enter the building until you leave they are friendly and chatty, it dos`nt matter where you are in the hotel, they are all the same, the food was fantastic, the bedroom was large, clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable, i hope to return again someday, i have stayed in other hotels in Tralee, but Benners will be my first choice from now on Thanks to the staff of this hotel,

I enjoyed a two nights stay in Benner's Hotel during the month of February - the room was clean, warm and the décor was pleasant. Well done to the Receptionist who gave me a complimentary coffee on my way to work at 7.30 inn the morning - staff could not have been nicer

What can I say amazing hospitality. I travel all over Europe and I can categorically state that Benners hotel is the most welcoming place I have ever visited. You feel you are part of one big family.from the wonderful Pauline to the two brothers the waiters and waitresses and the housekeeping staff. Food is excellent chowder perfect. Breakfast is fab. This is what Irish hospitality is all about plus the rates are excellent. I could go on but won't just make sure if visiting Kerry make sure you stay at Benners.
